SMOK TFV16 Replacement Coils

The SMOK TFV16 Replacement Coils are made for the standard SMOK TFV16 tank, and they are not compatible with the TFV16 Lite. They are available in four resistances, 0.12, 0.15, 0.17 and 0.2 Ohms, and each one is a mesh coil for sub-ohm, direct-to-lung (DTL) vaping, supplied in a pack of 3.

Each coil has an organic cotton wick and performs best with high VG e-liquid, 70% or above, for plenty of flavour and dense vapour.

These are the settings each coil is best vaped at, so you will need a mod with variable wattage to set them.

Not the TFV16 Lite

Please note: the TFV16 Lite is a different tank, and it has a coil range of its own with two coils in it rather than four. Both ranges include a 0.2 Ohms Conical Mesh, the same resistance and the same build name in two different coils. A Lite coil does not fit. Which tank do I have, the TFV16 or the TFV16 Lite?

The two tanks are not interchangeable, so check the coils you bought last time. The Lite range is two coils, a 0.15 Ohms Dual Mesh and a 0.2 Ohms Conical Mesh, and the four resistances on this page fit the standard TFV16.

What is the difference between the four coils?

Each coil takes its name from the mesh build inside it, and the plain Mesh is the single-mesh option of the four. Match the recommended wattage to what your mod can set, rather than going by the name.

How long does a TFV16 coil last?

The wattage you set, how often you vape and whether the coil was primed all change how long one lasts. Fill the tank and wait a few minutes before the first draw so the coil can absorb e-liquid, which helps prevent a dry hit, and top up before the tank runs dry.
