Please be aware that e-cigarette kits, mods, and batteries are made up of different parts and, therefore, are subject to different warranty terms. At Vape360, we offer a standard 30-day return/replacement policy from the date of receipt. After this period, manufacturer warranties may apply, which can range from 6 to 12 months, depending on the brand and product.
30-DAY RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
All electronic devices purchased from Vape360 are covered by our 30-day return and replacement policy. If your device develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, please contact us to arrange an assessment and possible replacement or refund. This policy applies to:
- Vape kits and mods
- External batteries
- Battery chargers
- Tanks and atomizers
To qualify for our 30-day policy, the device must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Most vaping devices have a manufacturer warranty beyond our 30-day policy. These warranties typically range from 6 to 12 months, depending on the brand and product type.
While Vape360 is not directly liable for manufacturer warranties, we can assist you by:
- Assessing your device to determine if there is a manufacturing fault
- Providing guidance on how to claim through the manufacturer
- Acting as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer when possible
Please note that manufacturer warranty terms vary significantly between brands. We recommend checking the product packaging or manufacturer's website for specific warranty details for your device.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC POLICIES
Vape Kits / Mods
Our 30-day return/replacement policy covers it. Manufacturer warranties typically range from 6 to 12 months. Accidental damage or damage caused by wear and tear are not covered. We will require the device/mod returned to us within its original packaging for a valid claim.
Batteries
Our 30-day return/replacement policy covers external batteries. This is void if the battery is damaged due to misuse or mishandling. General wear and tear is not covered.
Battery Chargers
Our 30-day return/replacement policy covers battery chargers. The warranty will be void if the charger is deemed faulty due to user error or mishandling.
E-Liquids / Pods / Disposable Vapes / Tobacco Sticks
E-liquids, pods, disposable kits, and tobacco sticks are sold in sealed packs and are not covered by a warranty except when there is a manufacturing fault with an item. If you believe an item you have received is faulty on arrival, please contact a team member within 7 days of receipt.
Please Note: We will require product information from the box for any disposable warranty claims. We are unable to replace or refund any disposable vape kits without this information and may request photographic evidence. Furthermore, we cannot replace or refund devices that have been thrown away or discarded.
Tanks/Clearomisers/Cartomisers
Tanks and clearomisers are generally considered consumable products. However, if the product is deemed faulty or dead on arrival and we are notified within 7 days, we will replace or refund the item at our discretion. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items where damage or modifications are caused by the user.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following are not covered under our 30-day policy or manufacturer warranties:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care
- Damage caused by improper charging or use of incorrect power adapters
- Damage caused by liquid leakage due to improper use or storage
- Coils, pods, and other consumable components
- E-liquids and disposable vapes, once opened or used
- Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and broken plastic
- Products that have been modified or altered
- Damage caused by using the product with incompatible components
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
- If you believe you have purchased a faulty product and wish to make a claim, please contact our customer support team via email, live chat, or phone us on 0161 818 4666.
- If available, you will be asked to describe the fault in detail and provide an order number/proof of purchase and the product batch/serial number.
- Vape360 may require the faulty product to be returned to us for investigation. Following our assessment, we will either:
- Replace or refund the item if it falls within our 30-day policy
- Guide you through the manufacturer warranty process if applicable
- Return the product to you if no fault is found (a delivery charge may apply)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This can be in the form of an order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice that clearly shows the product, purchase date, and vendor (Vape360).
Missing or Damaged Items
Any missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to enable us to rectify the issue. Items damaged during shipping should be reported immediately with photographic evidence where possible.
