Replacement Prefilled Vape Pods

Prefilled vape pods are the simplest way to keep a rechargeable kit going without ever touching a bottle of e-liquid or swapping a coil. Each pod arrives sealed and preloaded with nic salt e-liquid, clicks straight into the battery, and fires the second you draw on it. For anyone who's moved on from disposables since the June 2025 ban, this is the closest replacement going: same cigarette-style draw, same bar-style flavours, without throwing the whole device away.

We stock prefilled pods for all the leading kits, including the classic Elf Bar 600 Pods, long-lasting Lost Mary Nera 30K Refills, and the Dual-Flavoured Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K Pods that let you twist between two flavours on the same device. Over 100 flavours run across the range, with multi-buy bulk deals from 2 for £12 up to 20 for £70, bringing the price down to as little as £3.50 per pod. Plus, enjoy free UK delivery on all orders.

How Prefilled Vape Pods Work

Every prefilled pod is built on one simple idea: the kit's battery supplies the power, and the pod carries the e-liquid and the coil. Everything else is engineering around how much liquid the pod can hold and how you access the flavour inside.

Across the range, there are three mechanisms you'll come across:

  1. Standard 2ml pods. The pod is sealed with e-liquid and a built-in mesh coil already fitted. Pop it into the slot on top of the battery, the magnets pull it into place, and you draw on the mouthpiece to vape. When it's empty, lift it out and drop a fresh one in. Elf Bar 600 and most entry-level kits work this way.
  2. Auto-refill big puff pods. The same 2ml pod sits inside the kit, but a 10ml refill container feeds it automatically as you vape. You get thousands of puffs per pack without touching a bottle. Lost Mary Nera 30K and Hayati Pro Max Plus 6K both use this system.
  3. Dual flavour twist pods. The Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K takes it a step further. Two separate prefilled pods sit inside the kit at the same time, and a twist on the device switches between them mid-session.

Most prefilled kits are inhale-activated, so there's no button to press. Swap flavours whenever you fancy. No cleaning, no settings, no wait.

Formats: Standard 2ml vs Big Puffs

Each format suits a different way of vaping, and picking the right one comes down to how often you vape and how much liquid you want to carry.

Standard 2ml pods are the entry point. Each pod runs for about 600 puffs, which covers most everyday vapers for a day or two. They're cheap enough to buy one at a time and easy to carry a spare in your pocket. The Elf Bar 600 and most starter kits use this format.

Big puff auto-refill systems are built for heavier use. Each pack stretches to between 6,000 and 30,000 puffs depending on the kit, which works out to weeks of use between swaps for moderate vapers or several days for heavy all-day use. The Lost Mary Nera 30K is one of the longest-lasting options here, with Hayati Pro Max Plus 6K covering the mid-tier.

Dual flavour twist pods build on the big puff format. The Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K runs two flavours in rotation from a single device, which works well if you like switching between sweet and fresh, or fruit and menthol, without carrying two kits.

Standard 2ml Big Puff Auto-Refill Dual Flavour Twist
Puff count per pack Around 600 6,000–30,000 Up to 25,000
Best for Beginners, everyday vapers Heavy daily vapers Flavour switchers
Flavour variety per kit One at a time One per pack Two, switched on demand

For most people coming off disposables, a standard 2ml kit is the easiest starting point. Anyone vaping heavily through the day, or anyone who wants a longer gap between swaps, tends to land on a big puff or dual flavour system.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a prefilled pod last?

A standard 2ml pod holds roughly 600 puffs, which works out to one to three days for most people depending on how heavily you vape. Big puff refill systems stretch a single pack to anywhere from 6,000 to 30,000 puffs, meaning weeks of use before you need a new one.

Why does my pod taste burnt?

Usually one of two reasons. Either the pod has run dry and the coil is firing on a dry wick, or you've been chain vaping and the cotton hasn't had time to absorb fresh liquid between puffs. If the burnt taste sticks around after a few minutes of rest, the pod's done and needs replacing.

Can I refill a prefilled pod?

No. Prefilled pods are sealed units with the coil built in, and trying to open one usually damages the seal, causes leaks, and ruins the coil. If you want the freedom to choose your own e-liquid, a refillable pod kit is the right format for that.

Are prefilled pods interchangeable between devices?

Mostly no, but there's one useful exception: the Elf Bar 600, ELFA Pro, and Lost Mary Tappo all share the same magnetic connection, so their pods work across all three kits. Outside of that, pods are designed for their matching device and shouldn't be forced into anything else.

What nicotine strength do prefilled pods come in?

The standard is 20mg nic salt, which is the UK legal maximum and the closest match to a cigarette for anyone switching from smoking. Nicotine-free options are also available on selected ranges if you've stepped down from higher strengths or vape mainly for the flavour.

What's inside a big puff refill container?

A 2ml prefilled pod plus a separate 8–10ml refill container that top-feeds the pod automatically as you vape. When the pod runs dry, the container refills it behind the scenes, with no handling, no measuring, no topping up manually.

How should I store spare pods?

Keep them upright in a cool dark place, away from direct sunlight or radiators. Heat breaks down the flavour and nicotine over time, so pods left in a car on a warm day usually taste flat when you eventually open them. Most pods have a shelf life of around 12 to 24 months if stored properly.

What's the difference between prefilled and refillable pods?

Prefilled pods come sealed with e-liquid inside and get replaced when empty. Refillable pods are empty cartridges you top up with your own e-liquid. Prefilled is simpler and cheaper upfront; refillable works out cheaper over time and gives you access to thousands of e-liquid flavours rather than the fixed pod lineup.
