All customers ordering from Vape 360 are required to be over 18 years old according to UK law.

Please read these Terms carefully before you start using the Site. By using the Site, purchasing products, or clicking to accept these Terms, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS

2.1 Age Verification

Our products are strictly for adults of legal vaping age. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (the minimum legal age for vaping products in the UK). We employ strict age verification measures through Verify my Age and Royal Mail On Door verification in compliance with UK regulations. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point.

Providing false information regarding your age or attempting to circumvent our age verification processes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products and their features accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4.2 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or identification of fraud or suspicious activity.

4.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the current rate. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Payment must be made at the time of order through our accepted payment methods.

4.4 Compliance with UK Regulations

All products offered comply with UK regulations, including the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 and the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD). E-liquids containing nicotine do not exceed 20mg/ml (2%) strength, and tanks/refillable containers do not exceed 2ml capacity, in accordance with UK law.

4.5 Product Availability

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We cannot guarantee the availability of any product shown on our Site.

4.6 Promotional Codes and Offers

Any promotional codes or offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and may be subject to minimum spend requirements.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods as described on our Site for delivery within the United Kingdom. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.2 Delivery Verification

All deliveries require age verification upon receipt. The recipient must be present with valid government-issued photo identification proving they meet the minimum age requirements of 18 years. We use Royal Mail On Door age verification service for this purpose.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Your Legal Rights

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These rights are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms will affect your legal rights.

6.2 Return Policy for Items Purchased Online

Unwanted Items / Exchange
  • You can return unwanted items or entire orders to us or exchange them within 28 calendar days from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item(s) must be in the original packaging with a note of your order number and reason for the return. Without this, we will not be able to identify and process your return.
  • You must notify us within 14 days of purchase that you want to return the item(s).
  • Returned items must be received within 14 days of the returns form being issued.
  • You may be charged postage for any item(s) returned for a refund/exchange, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
  • Please Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for e-liquids, coils, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes, and refill pods that have been opened, unless faulty.
Faulty Items
  • If you have received an item you believe to be faulty or you are having problems with an item you have purchased, please submit a support ticket via the contact form. A team member will help resolve the problem or supply you with the necessary returns forms.
Return Process
  • All returns for both unwanted or faulty items must be logged via our ticketing system. Unauthorised returns unfortunately will not be processed.

  • Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless stated otherwise.
  • We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via a tracked service, and if the item is over the value of £50 to use an insured service. We cannot be held liable for any returns that have been lost in transit.
Refunds
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer's policies.

6.3 Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit issued by Vape360 are subject to the following terms:

  • Gift cards and store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or the unauthorized use of gift cards.
  • Gift cards can only be redeemed on our website or in our physical stores.

6.4 Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order prior to shipping, please notify us via the contact form, online Chat, or telephone as soon as possible. If the order has been packed ready for dispatch, we are unable to cancel. You still have 14 days to cancel for a full refund. Please follow the returns procedure above to arrange for your items to be returned and a refund issued.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1 Site Content

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
