Damaged item & no help from customer service.

I ordered 2 of these, one appeared to have leaked out in its packaging or something as all it's paint had peeled off & it didn't function. The other one lasted far less than these usually do. I emailed the company including photos but received no reply whatsoever.

To be honest on opening them I was a bit suspicious about their authenticity as the packaging didn't look/feel quite right but I threw it away so I cannot confirm this.
