Why do Vape360 need to verify your age?
It is illegal to sell electronic cigarettes and any vapour products that contain or can be used to deliver nicotine to individuals under the age of 18. Therefore, anyone placing an order with Vape360 must be over the age of 18. By making a purchase with Vape360, you are agreeing to allow us to confirm your age with VerifyMyAge verification services. The verification process will take place once an order has been successfully placed. A shadow payment will be taken from the card to ensure funds are available once you're verified. If you cannot verify your age, the funds will be returned.
How do we verify your age?
When creating an account or placing an order with Vape360, we will request your full name, billing address and date of birth. This must be entered as it would appear on your passport, driving licence, electoral roll or used for a UK credit card. This information must be entered correctly, as we will use it to verify your age before delivering any goods.
Vape360 uses VerifyMyAge services to verify your age securely. Where you have asked us to provide an age-restricted product or service, you consent to allow us to share your information with, and collect information from, VerifyMyAge and third-party providers of identity data. This consent is necessary for VerifyMyAge to verify that you meet the minimum age and identity verification requirements as determined by relevant UK age restriction legislation. You consent to allow VerifyMyAge to retain relevant data for future verification. All data processed is subject to appropriate security measures. Data retained is subject to periodic review to ensure it is not held for longer than necessary.
Online Verification Process
If you are placing your first order with Vape360 or using an email address other than the one registered to your account, our age verification system will display a verification modal at the order confirmation stage. This will automatically check your age against the information provided to us at checkout. If we successfully verify your age, no further action is required.
If these initial checks fail, you will be given the option to re-verify via the following methods:

Royal Mail Age Verification on Delivery
In addition to our online verification process, Vape360 also utilizes the Royal Mail Age Verification on Delivery service for added security and compliance. This means:
- The delivery person will request age verification if they believe the recipient appears under 25 (Challenge 25 policy)
- You must be able to provide a valid photo ID to receive your parcel if requested
- Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo ID with date of birth
- If you are unable to provide a suitable ID at the delivery point, your parcel may be returned to a local depot, and you will need to collect it with the appropriate ID
If you are not at home:
If you are not available at the delivery address, the parcel cannot be left with neighbours or in a safe place—it must be collected from a Royal Mail depot with a valid ID proving you are over 18.
