SMOK TFV9 Replacement Coils

The SMOK TFV9 Replacement Coils are SMOK's V9 Meshed coil, a 0.15 Ohms resistance for a wattage range of 40-90W, supplied in a pack of 5. The mesh design heats your e-liquid across a larger surface area, for more flavour and vapour.

These coils are designed for sub-ohm, direct to lung (DTL) vaping. We advise using them with a high VG e-liquid (70% VG or higher).

Tanks and Kits for the V9

The V9 Meshed coil is compatible with the SMOK TFV9 and TFV9 Mini tanks. Four SMOK kits are fitted with one of those tanks:

• Rigel
• Rigel Mini
• Scar Mini
• Scar 18

The Rigel and the Scar 18 power up to a maximum output of 230W. The Rigel Mini powers up to 80W. You can set the wattage anywhere between 40W and 90W.

Inside the V9 Coil

Each V9 coil is a KA1 mesh in a stainless steel body, wicked with organic cotton. The steel construction and the cotton wick are designed for extended coil life and clean flavour.

Longer Life From Every Coil

When you fit a new coil, wait a few minutes before your first vape so the coil can fully saturate. That helps prevent dry hits. Keep your tank topped up as well, since vaping a mesh coil as the liquid runs low will cause it to burn out faster.

Do other SMOK coils fit the TFV9 or TFV9 Mini tank?

Yes. SMOK's V8 Baby coils are cross-compatible with the TFV9 and TFV9 Mini tanks and with all four kits above. The SMOK TFV8 Baby Replacement Coils include a 0.6 Ohms Q2 rated at 20-50W, which is a higher resistance and a lower wattage than this mesh coil is built for. For a TFV8 Baby, TFV8 Big Baby or TFV12 Baby Prince tank, the V8 Baby range is the one to choose.
