IVG Pro Refills

IVG Pro refills are the official replacement packs for the Pro Pod Kits, ready to click in and vape. Each pack pairs a 2ml prefilled pod with a 10ml container of nic salt e-liquid, giving up to 10,000 puffs from a single pack. The coil is built into the pod, so there are no coil changes and no mess, just swap in a fresh pack when the last one is empty.

    How IVG Pro Refills Work

    Each pack uses IVG's dual-container system. The 2ml pod on top holds the built-in 1.1 Ohm mesh coil and clicks into your device, while the 10ml container beneath it is a sealed reservoir, feeding the pod automatically as you vape - nothing to squeeze, nothing to set up.

    Every pack also replaces the coil along with the e-liquid. A refillable kit needs its coils swapped as flavour drops off; here each new pack comes with a fresh mesh coil, so the flavour stays clean from first fill to last, and the only maintenance is clicking in the next pack.

    How To Change IVG Pro 12 Refill Packs

    Changing a pack is quick, with no priming or refilling to do.

    1. Open a fresh pack and remove the stoppers and stickers from the pod and the container.
    2. Line up the 2ml pod with the top of the 10ml container and press them together until they click.
    3. Slide the joined pod and container into your IVG Pro or Pro 2 until it seats in place.
    4. Leave it a moment for the pod to fill, then inhale on the mouthpiece and you are vaping again.

    IVG Pro & Pro 2 Compatibility

    You will see these refills listed under two names, as IVG Pro pods and as IVG Pro 12 pods, and both mean the same packs. The 12 refers to the 12ml of e-liquid in a full pack, and the name was shortened to IVG Pro when the Pro 2 arrived. The same packs fit the original IVG Pro and the IVG Pro 2, so there is no separate refill to track down for the newer device.

    Please note: these refills do not fit IVG's other systems. The IVG 2400, IVG Air and IVG Smart Max each use their own dedicated pods, so check your device model before you order.

    What does H3 mean on an IVG Pro?

    H3 is an error code shown on the IVG Pro 2's display (the original Pro has a simple LED rather than a screen), and it usually points to one of two things: the device overheating and cutting off to protect itself, or the pod not making clean contact with the device. The fix is the same either way. Remove the pod, wipe the gold contacts on the pod and inside the device, reseat it firmly and let the device rest for a few minutes before vaping again. If the message keeps showing, contact your retailer.

    Why is my IVG Pro not working?

    A few quick checks usually sort this. Remove the pod and reseat it so it clicks in fully, check the device has charge, and make sure the pack is not simply empty. On the Pro 2, an error code on the display will usually clear once you reseat the pod and let the device rest for a few minutes.

    Can you refill IVG Pro pods with your own e-liquid?

    No. IVG Pro refills are a sealed, prefilled system and are not made to be topped up by hand. When a pack is empty, swap in a fresh one rather than refilling the pod. If you want to use your own bottled e-liquid, a refillable pod kit is the better route.

    How long does an IVG Pro refill last?

    Each pack is rated for up to 10,000 puffs, though how long that lasts comes down to how often and how hard you vape. A lighter vaper will get more days out of a pack than a heavy all-day user.

    Why is my IVG Pro leaking?

    The refill uses a sealed click-in design, so leaks usually come down to the pod not being fully seated. Check that the 2ml pod has clicked all the way into the 10ml container, and that the joined pod is seated properly in the device. Reseating it usually clears it up.

    What nicotine strength are IVG Pro refills?

    The refill packs stocked here are 20mg nicotine salt, the highest strength available in the UK and a good match for anyone switching from a disposable or a heavier cigarette habit. IVG also makes selected flavours in 0mg, 5mg and 10mg, so there are lower-strength options across the wider range.
