Vaporesso XROS 6 Pod Vape Kit

The Vaporesso XROS 6 is a compact refillable pod kit for mouth-to-lung (MTL) and restricted direct-to-lung (RDL) vaping, powered by an 1800mAh built-in battery and delivering up to 30W. It comes with two COREX 3.0 mesh pods, and as the latest XROS it charges and primes faster than before.

The new VENTURI airflow gives a cleaner, smoother draw, whether you keep it tight for MTL or open it up for RDL. The two COREX 3.0 pods in the box cover both styles, one for MTL and one for RDL, and you can fire the kit on the button or just inhale. 

1800mAh Battery

The 1800mAh built-in battery is bigger than the XROS 5's 1500mAh, and Vaporesso's own lab testing rates it at up to 5 days per charge. In everyday use it's nearer 1 to 3 days for most vapers. And when it does run low, 3A charging over the Type-C port brings it back to around 50% in ten minutes, so a short top-up covers a full day.

VENTURI Airflow

The VENTURI airflow system reshapes the air channel, using fluid dynamics to smooth out turbulence, so the draw comes through quieter and cleaner. Vaporesso measures 20% more flavour and 30% more smoothness than the XROS 5. The side slider sets the draw: tighten it for an MTL inhale or open it up for a looser RDL.

COREX 3.0 Mesh Pods

Supplied with the kit are two 2ml, top-fill COREX 3.0 mesh pods, a 0.8 Ohm for MTL and a 0.6 Ohm for RDL. Each uses a hive-mesh coil and a nano-microfibre wick to heat evenly for bold, consistent flavour and a longer-lasting pod, and the coil is built in, so when a pod is spent you swap the whole thing rather than fitting a new coil.

Drop in a fresh pod, hold the fire button for three seconds, and Smart Prime has the coil ready in about 60 seconds, so you skip the dry, burnt first puff a new pod can give.

Beyond the two supplied, the XROS 6 works with the full XROS COREX range and sets the wattage to match whichever pod you fit, so you can change resistance to suit your draw and e-liquid:

• 0.4 Ohm for the airiest RDL draw, best with 50/50 or higher-VG e-liquid
• 0.6 Ohm for an airy RDL draw, best with 50/50 or nic salt
• 0.8 Ohm for a smooth MTL draw, best with nic salt or 50/50
• 1.0 Ohm for a tighter MTL draw, best with nic salt
• 1.2 Ohm for the tightest, most cigarette-like MTL draw, best with a higher-strength nic salt

Three Power Modes

The XROS 6 has three power modes, each switched with a triple-click of the fire button:

• ECO for longer battery life and lighter vapour
• Normal for a steady, everyday vape
• Power for the fullest flavour and vapour

Fitting the 0.4 Ohm XROS pod (sold separately) adds a fourth, variable-wattage mode, letting you fine-tune the power yourself.

0.88" Colour Display

The 0.88" TFT colour screen keeps the key info at a glance: battery, wattage and the mode you're in. Beyond that, a quick count of button clicks does each job. Two opens the menu, three changes mode, four locks the device, and five powers it down. You don't even need the button to change mode, two short draws will do it.

SSS 2.0 Leak Protection

SSS 2.0 leak protection double-seals every pod and adds a bigger reservoir, with a thermal design that keeps heat from forcing liquid out through the coil. Vaporesso rates it around 45% better against storage leaks than the old pods, so there are no sticky pockets or gurgling after a day in a bag.
