We always aim to dispatch orders within two business days of them being placed.
UK and Northern Ireland Orders
Orders to be shipped to mainland UK and Northern Ireland will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard.
All orders over £50 in value are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, similar orders outside the U.K are sent with recorded delivery as well (please confirm before placing an international order)
Your parcel can take up to 6 business days to arrive, though items usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Please note that Royal Mail may deliver your parcel on a Saturday.
Deliveries are slightly affected due to the current situation. During this period same-day dispatch is only valid if you order before 10 AM, after that your item will be posted the next day. Please consider this before selecting a special delivery.
Orders Over £250
When a customer orders over £250 the products are sent by Royal Mail / DHL courier and require a signature; orders sent with this service usually arrive within 1-2 days, Charges apply and please clearly mention while making a purchase as its optional otherwise it will be sent standard.
Orders to be shipped to addresses outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland are also sent by Royal Mail, but do not have a tracking number.
These parcels can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
International orders over £100 will be sent via Royal Mail tracked OTA / DHL Service and usually arrive within 2-3 days depending on location. During busy periods or peak seasons, we may experience unforeseen delays. In these instances, we will always attempt to notify customers of any delays at the shopping basket stage before orders are placed, or via e-mail.
Please check your local laws and import policies before ordering as we can’t guarantee international delivery based on countries law / custom policy. We only post to EU where TPD law applies.
Deliveries To Alternative Addresses
If you choose to have a parcel delivered to anywhere other than their home address then we cannot take responsibility for the loss of products.
Online order not recieved
We always use the first class delivery with the proof of purchase. If you have not received the items inform us within 10 days from the date of purchase. If you contact us after 10 days then we cannot take responsibility for loss of products.
Note: Non-TPD items are only for international orders. If you're not International Buyer or B2B Customer, your order will be cancelled within 24 Hours.
